Headteacher's Welcome

Tabernacle School is a mixed independent Christian school based in West London, providing private
education for pupils aged 3 to 18. Tabernacle school is an environment where diversity of
experience and background is appreciated and valued, where all students will excel and grow
whatever their aspiration. 

As an experienced leader, I am passionate about raising achievement at individual, class, team and
whole school levels; insistent that all teaching is based on passion of love for learning and meeting
all differentiated individual learning needs. Having robust and deep rooted knowledge of data
analysis, provides one with the depth and breadth of how to strategically improve and move forward
within a given educational setting. My experiences stem from working within mainstream,
private/independent and special education schools; delivering high level of professional services and
embedding and offering strategic solutions to the requirements of each educational need.
Having worked in various educational settings as a senior leader for many years- transforming
education at all levels. Drawing upon my previous experience within corporate and educational
environments. Thus having the knowledge and understanding of the importance of relationships
between educators, students, carers and other professional bodies, so as to find the best fit for each
education setting have equipped me with organic lenses to look deeply. I have a wealth of
experience in aiding educational professionals and providers to achieve their ambition of becoming
good and outstanding.
